Malu Ramos

Malu Ramos has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Mercos since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an SDR at Rôgga Empreendimentos from November 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they were a Sales Consultant at Ita Aços- Matriz from April 2019 to August 2020.

In 2018, Malu held two roles. First, they were an Assistant in Commercial Prospecting at Rôgga Empreendimentos from November 2018 to March 2019. Then, they served as a Commercial Assistant at Excelência Inteligência Financeira from April 2018 to September 2018.

Malu'sprofessional journey began in 2017 as an Assistant in Commercial Prospecting at Prospecta América Latina S.A., where they performed activities such as telephone support, software presentations, CRM updates, and lead qualification until March 2018.

Lastly, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at M.Gruner Imóveis from February 2014 to June 2016. Malu'sresponsibilities included CRM updates, phone support, customer assistance, contract preparation, and support for the sales team.

Malu's work experience spans various industries and has provided their with skills in sales development, prospecting, customer service, and administrative support.

Malu Ramos began their education at Aupex Joinville in 2016, where they studied Processo Gerencial. Malu then attended IBREP - Instituto Brasileiro de Educação Profissional from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Técnico degree in Técnico em Transações Imobiliárias - TTI. In 2021, Malu completed a training program in Comunicação e oratória at Escola Conquer.
