Jennifer Heigel

Jennifer Heigel is a Partner & Teamlead in Leadership Advisory at Mercuri Urval, where responsibilities include diagnostics, talent management, training, workshops, executive coaching, and executive search since September 2012. Previously, Jennifer served as a Senior Consultant focusing on executive search, professional recruitment, talent advisory, and coaching. Jennifer's earlier experience includes a role in recruitment and people development at Allianz from February 2011 to July 2012. Educational qualifications include a Diplom in Psychology from Goethe University Frankfurt, certification as an ICF Coach from the International Coaching Federation, mediation certification from IKOM in Frankfurt, and current studies in systemic coaching at the Institut für angewandte Psychologie in Cologne.
