Mahir al Zidjaly

Mahir Al Zidjaly has a wealth of experience in the energy trading industry. Mahir most recently worked as VP LNG Trading at Mercuria Energy Trading S.A. starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Global LNG Trading at Oman Trading International Limited from January 2016 to May 2019. Mahir also served as Head of Middle East LNG at Koch Industries from September 2013 to December 2015. Before that, they held various positions at Oman LNG L.L.C., including GM Strategy & New Contracts and Manager LNG Sales & Shipping. Mahir also worked at KOMAN Energy as GM LNG Trading. Al Zidjaly's experience spans across strategy, contracts, sales, shipping, production planning, and operations in the LNG industry.

Mahir Al Zidjaly completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2000 to 2002, they attended Aberdeen College, where they obtained a High National Diploma in Chemical Process Technology. Following this, they enrolled at Caledonian College from 2003 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Process and Maintenance.
