Terence Lancaster-Williams

Terence Lancaster-Williams has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries.

Terence started their career in 2004 as a Manager-Contract Billing at SBC Global Services, Inc, where they conducted audits on customer contracts and billing disputes.

In 2005, Terence joined AT&T as a U-Verse Field Manager, overseeing the installation and maintenance of AT&T's U-Verse network terminating equipment. Terence later became a Manager of Installation & Repair, where they led a group of Customer Systems Technicians and handled service escalations.

From 2010 to 2011, Terence worked as an Operations Manager at Radiant Systems, Inc. / AT&T. Terence coached and developed a team of Customer Systems Technicians, ensuring the performance and quality objectives of the AT&T Network were met.

Terence also worked as a Delivery Driver for FedEx at JMC Delivery Services, Inc. and Princess J Inc. Terence was responsible for loading and delivering packages efficiently and safely.

In 2012, Terence joined Kelly Services as a Wholesale Billing Associate, where they followed up with vendors for proper billing documentation. Terence also worked in the Catastrophe Center and the Outbound Sales Center.

Terence had a brief role as an MSOC Time Observer at Collabera Inc. / AT&T in 2012, monitoring and recording field technicians' daily activities.

Terence then worked as a Time and Motion Observer at Zero Chaos in 2014, collecting and recording data for time management studies.

From 2014 to 2015, Terence worked as a Field Supervisor at ALTA Telecom, INC, overseeing field staff and daily operations. Terence was previously an I & R Technician, responsible for the installation and repair of customers' POTs and DSL services.

Currently, Terence is employed at Mercury Z as a Field Resource Manager. Terence supervises contracted personnel for the construction, installation, and maintenance of outside plant facilities. Terence also assists with interpreting engineering plans and reporting on work inspections.
