Ann Lau

Ann Lau is an experienced digital delivery and business analyst professional with extensive expertise in managing large-scale application platforms and driving process improvements. Currently serving as Digital Delivery Manager at Mercury NZ since February 2018, Ann oversees the delivery and operations of over 300 applications related to power generation and dispatch. Previously held roles include Generation Platform Manager at Mercury NZ, ICT Business Partner and Business Analyst Team Lead at Mighty River Power, and various positions at Spark New Zealand, where Ann managed teams and drove strategic re-engineering initiatives. Early career experiences include business analysis roles at Fonterra and Deloitte, focusing on public sector process design and IT strategy. Ann holds a Master of Management Studies in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Finance from The University of Waikato.
