Jessica Bevin

Jessica Bevin has a diverse work experience in various roles within the energy industry. Jessica most recently worked at Mercury NZ as the Head of Strategy and Impact, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, Jessica worked at Trustpower for seven years, holding positions such as Strategy Manager, Pricing Manager, Senior Advisor - Strategy and Regulation, Regulatory Advisor, and Market Analyst. Jessica began their career at the Commerce Commission as an Analyst from May 2013 to May 2015.

Jessica Bevin attended The University of Auckland from 2007 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE(Hons)) in Engineering Science. During this time, they also pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the same university. In 2012, they participated in a semester abroad at Utrecht University, focusing on Law as part of their LLB program. In 2013, they completed a Professional Legal Studies Course at the College of Law. From 2015 to 2020, Jessica Bevin studied at The Australian National University, obtaining a Master of Laws in International Law (LLM) with a concentration in International Law.
