Jessie Cox

Jessie Cox has extensive experience in billing and operations management, currently serving as the Billing Operations Manager and Head of Billing at Mercury NZ since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jessie held the position of Billing Manager and subsequently Billing, Cash & Collections Team Leader at Trustpower from February 2018 to March 2022. Beginning a career at FlexiGroup Limited (FXL) in January 2011, Jessie progressed to the role of Contact Centre Manager (Commercial) and remained with the company until January 2018.
