Phillip Erdbeer

Phillip Erdbeer currently serves as a Board Member at ISK since August 2023, and has been a Site Manager at Mercury NZ since August 2016, overseeing complex geothermal generation assets and ensuring operational excellence through effective leadership and stakeholder collaboration. Previously, Phillip held various roles at Mercury NZ, including Geothermal Maintenance Manager and Geothermal Operations/Production Team Leader, where responsibilities included maintenance management, health and safety compliance, and budget oversight. Prior experience includes project engineering at Tru-Test Group, mechanical technician roles at Tenix Alliance New Zealand and Allied Industrial Engineering, and a foundational career in precision fitting and machining. Phillip Erdbeer holds a Certified Associate in Project Management and a National Certificate in Maintenance and Diagnostics, alongside high school education at Te Puke High.
