Rachael Lynch

Rachael Lynch currently serves as a Legal Business Partner for Retail at Mercury NZ, a position held since February 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Lawyer at Juno Legal from February 2021 to February 2023, and as Senior Legal Counsel at bp from May 2015 to February 2021. Rachael's legal career began at British American Tobacco, where responsibilities included Senior Company Solicitor in Corporate and Commercial, followed by positions as In-house Counsel and Marketing Counsel across various locations including Auckland, Sydney, and London from August 2005 to December 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Simpson Grierson from March 2004 to August 2005. Rachael earned a BA and LLB (Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington between 1994 and 1999.
