Carrie Liebentritt serves as the Vice President, Talent at MercuryGate. Carrie leads global talent acquisition and compensation through innovative strategies and data-driven decisions. She believes that at the core of every successful business is the attraction, development, and retention of great talent and she is passionate about helping to create an environment where this is the primary focus. Carrie’s efforts directly support the company’s growth by positioning MercuryGate as an employer of choice.

Carrie brings more than 15 years of experience building and transforming talent acquisition functions across software and aerospace industries, while continuously focusing on candidate experience. During her career, Carrie was also responsible for developing and implementing employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies to attract key talent.

Carrie holds a degree in Business from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
