Amy Gonzales

Amy Gonzales serves as a Board Member for Mercy Beyond Borders and has held the position of Vice President, Global Learning and Development at WOMEN Unlimited, Inc. since 1997, where oversight of women's leadership development programs aligns with corporate partners’ strategies. As Regional Director for West Coast Operations, Amy launched initiatives for a nationally recognized leadership program. Founder and President of AG Leadership, Amy focuses on enhancing organizational and leadership success through executive presence and effective relationship-building. Previous roles include Senior Education Manager at Tandem Computers/Compaq, Director of Training and Development at National Car Rental, and Training & Communications Manager at Hertz. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
