Rebekah L. H.

Rebekah L. H. has extensive work experience in the field of education and enrollment management. Rebekah L. currently holds various roles at Mercy College, including Recruiting Director and Director of MS Human Resource Management and MS in Organizational Leadership in the School of Business. Rebekah L. also serves as an Assistant Professor of Management in the same school. Prior to joining Mercy College, Rebekah worked as an Assistant Professor of Management at Molloy College School of Business. Rebekah L. has also held positions at St. John's University, where they served as Assistant Dean & Director of Graduate Enrollment Management and as Assistant Director- Division of Marketing & Industry Relations at The Peter J. Tobin College of Business. Additionally, Rebekah has worked at Long Island University as an Associate Director of Recruitment and at Queens College as an Assistant Director of Admissions. Their early career included serving as the National Recruitment Director for Teach For America. Rebekah L. H. completed their Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at Smith College. Rebekah L. then pursued a Master's degree in Urban Studies at Queens College from 2005 to 2008. Rebekah furthered their education with an Advanced Certificate in Instructional Leadership at St. John's University from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they attained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at St. John's University from 2014 to 2019. Most recently, in 2019 to 2020, Rebekah obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
