Tanisha H.

Tanisha H. has extensive work experience in the healthcare and therapeutic services field. Tanisha began their career in 2010 as a Care Coordinator at the Helen Ross McNabb Center, where they eventually became an Integrated Services Team Lead. In 2014, Tanisha joined Omni Visions as a Resource Coordinator and later became a Residential Treatment Team Lead and Level 3 Therapist. Tanisha then moved on to Family & Children's Service in 2017, working as a Crisis Intervention Specialist until 2022. During this time, they also became a Clinical Therapist at Mercy Community Healthcare in 2021, where they were later promoted to Team Lead for Court Liaison and Addiction Services. In 2022, Tanisha joined Arcadian Therapeutic Services as a Clinical Therapist.

Tanisha H. completed their education in Social Work at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Tanisha obtained a Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) from 2006 to 2010 and then pursued further studies, earning a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from 2015 to 2018.
