Chelsea Wieber has had a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Assistant Program Officer at Mercy Corps, where they provided operations support for various country programs. Chelsea continued to work at Mercy Corps in different positions, including Deputy Director of Foundation Partnerships and Director of Strategic Partnerships and Philanthropy.

Chelsea also worked at the Nike Foundation, where they served as a Grant Manager for the Investment Fund and later as a Program Manager for Girl Effect University. During their time at Nike Foundation, they managed a capacity building program and conducted program evaluations.

Chelsea also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run Portland Metro.
