Hayley Faba

Hayley Faba is a seasoned professional in fundraising operations and analytics, currently serving as the Senior Director of Development Operations and Analytics at Mercy Corps since March 2024. Prior to this role, Hayley held the position of Director of Global Fundraising Operations at the International Rescue Committee from July 2022 to March 2024 and was the Associate Director of Fundraising Strategy, Operations, and Donor Relations at Action Against Hunger | ACF-USA from March 2021 to July 2022. With extensive experience at the International Rescue Committee, Hayley progressed through various roles including Senior Officer of Prospect Analytics, Business Analyst for Leadership Gifts, and Manager of Leadership Gifts. Additional experience includes working as a Development Assistant at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research and completing internships and positions at organizations such as the National Audubon Society and Belgrave Trust. Hayley's educational background includes a degree in Conservation Biology from St. Lawrence University and studies in Biology at James Cook University, complemented by a formative experience at UWC Red Cross Nordic.
