Kathryn M. Lance

Kathryn M. Lance, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Researcher focusing on Peace and Conflict at Mercy Corps since July 2022. With a strong background in research and assessment, Kathryn held positions such as Interim Director of Diversity Assessment and Consultant & Data Analyst at DiversityEdu, where assistance was provided in diversity climate assessments and data analysis. Previous roles include Director of Impact and Evaluation at Levo International, Inc., and various academic positions at the University of Hartford and the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies. Holding advanced degrees in Research & Experimental Psychology and Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame, as well as experience in language tutoring and involvement in peace education initiatives, Kathryn combines expertise in psychology and conflict resolution with a commitment to social impact.
