Sarah Lacroix

Sarah Lacroix is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis, particularly within non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Mercy Corps since October 2017, Sarah manages a $22 million budget, advises finance directors, negotiates contracts, monitors project financial performance, and supports audit processes. Prior roles include Finance Manager at Doctors of the World Belgium, where oversight of a €10.2 million budget was conducted, and various finance-related positions at Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium, Croix-Rouge de Belgique, Krousar Thmey Foundation, and others. Sarah holds a Master in Management from ICN Business School and a Bachelor in Management Assistant and Financial Control.
