Carol Sullivan

Carol Sullivan is an experienced educational and outreach professional with a diverse background in teaching, administration, and service coordination. Currently serving as the Outreach Manager at Mercy House, Inc. since August 2018, Carol coordinates services for homeless individuals in South Orange County. Carol's extensive career in education includes roles as an Adjunct Professor at Azusa Pacific University, where instruction focused on diversity for Master's and teacher credential candidates, and as an Elementary School Principal at Walnut Valley Unified School District, managing staff development and special programs. Previous positions also include Assistant Principal and ELD Specialist, highlighting expertise in English learner programs and educational leadership. Carol holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Education from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a TESOL credential from California State University, Fullerton, along with an administrative credential from the University of La Verne.
