Michael Wolcott is an experienced dining and beverage management professional with a strong background in overseeing food and beverage operations at various establishments. Currently serving as the Dining Room Manager at Mercy Ridge since September 2017, Michael has previously held positions such as Front of the House Manager at Tap Room, Food and Beverage Supervisor at Sheraton BWI, and Clubhouse Manager at Manor Country Club.
