Joff Williams

Joff Williams serves as the Senior Director of Spiritual Formation at Mercy Ships since February 2016, focusing on the spiritual growth of individuals within the organization and implementing strategies to deepen relationships with Jesus. Previously held roles at Mercy Ships include Managing Director of Global Mercy, where overall executive leadership of the civilian hospital ship was provided, and Director of Innovation & Enterprise Architecture, where strategic programs to enhance operational capacity were developed. Prior experience includes a Senior Analyst/Database Administrator role at the City of Spokane, and an ownership of Relevant Speech, an internet technologies consultancy. Joff Williams holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership with Global Perspectives at George Fox University.
