Suzanne Caren

Suzanne Caren has a diverse work history in various organizations. Suzanne currently holds the position of Manager Youth Wellness and Accommodation at MercyCare since February 2022. Prior to this, Suzanne worked at Youth Focus from September 2020 to February 2022, where they held the roles of Regional Manager and Operations Manager. Suzanne also served as the Coordinator of Community Development at the Town of Victoria Park from November 2019 to September 2020. Suzanne's experience with Mission Australia includes roles such as Area Manager from June 2015 to November 2019, Acting Regional Leader in March and September 2019, Area Manager from July 2014 to June 2015, and Program Manager from August 2013 to July 2014. At Vinnies WA, Suzanne was a Project Officer from March 2013 to July 2015 and a Manager from February 2012 to February 2013. Suzanne started their career as a Youth Worker at Mission Australia from February 2009 to February 2013.

Suzanne Caren's education history begins in 2003 at West Coast College of Tafe, where they pursued a Certificate 3 and 4 in Youth Work. This was followed by a Diploma in Diploma Community Development at the same institution from 2006 to 2007.

In 2012 to 2013, Suzanne completed a Certificate in Management and a Certificate in Project Management at the Australian Institute of Management. Suzanne then enrolled in the Young Leaders Program at McKinsey in 2019, specializing in Organizational Leadership.

Continuing their education, Suzanne pursued a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General at the Australian Institute of Management from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are undertaking a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Australian Institute of Management, with an anticipated completion date in 2024.
