Shaurya is a qualified chartered accountant and works as Senior Associate at GM Corporate Solutions (GMC), India. GMC is a multi-disciplinary strategic and financial advisory firm with extensive experience in cross-border transactions.

In his current role, Shaurya advises international companies on business set up strategy, investments, and M&A in India. He also assists in the firm’s practice of investor support and dispute resolution, which is directed towards reviving / resolving JV investments.

Shaurya is leading several M&A transactions for the firm, currently in data center, warehousing, communications infra, retail brands, BPOs, etc.
