Dave Kuharchik

Dave Kuharchik has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dave began their career in 1999 as a Chief Meteorologist and Reporter for WBRE / WYOU-TV, where they worked until 2009. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Meteorologist for WHTM-TV / ABC 27 and as an Account Executive for Entercom.

In 2011, Kuharchik joined New Story / Salisbury Management as a Marketing Specialist for a brief period before transitioning to WBRE / WYOU-TV as a PA Live! Host, Producer, Law & You Host, and Meteorologist. Dave held this position until 2019.

In 2019, Kuharchik took on new roles as the Director of Strategic Partnerships for DiscoverNEPA and as the Business Development Director for Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services, where they currently work.

Dave Kuharchik attended Penn State University from 1996 to 2000, where they specialized in Communications with a focus on Meteorology. Later, in 2000 to 2001, they attended Wilkes University and completed 14 credits towards a math/science teaching certification, although they did not obtain a degree during this time.
