Todd's prior positions include Director of Manufacturing, Associate Director of Molecular Manufacturing, and Operations Control and Support Manager, demonstrating a consistent focus on technical production activities and process improvement. Earlier experiences include research roles at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and The Ohio State University, where Todd gained expertise in immunology, molecular biology, and various laboratory techniques.
