Dan Kaufman

Dan Kaufman is a seasoned professional in compensation and human resources, currently serving as a Partner and Lead Consultant at Meridian Compensation Partners, LLC since January 2016. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of VP, Global Total Rewards and HRIS at Global Payments from October 2011 to December 2015, and served as a Senior Consultant at Meridian Compensation Partners, LLC from November 2010 to October 2011. Dan's experience also includes being a Senior Associate/Project Manager at Mercer and a Manager at Inforte, along with a tenure as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Dan earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and holds a BS in Psychology from Duke University.
