Malik Smith

Malik Smith, MA, PHR has held various human resources leadership roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Meridian Cooperative and previously as a Director of Human Resources at SEDC, overseeing HR functions for a large organization and offshore contractors. With experience as a Senior HR Manager at Emory University, managing faculty administration functions. Also worked as an Implementation Project Specialist at Univers Workplace Solutions/Tricerion Group and as Director of Human Resources at Angel Food Ministries, implementing strategic HR plans for growth. Graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a MPPM and holds a BA from University of New Orleans and additional education from Xavier University of Louisiana.
