Jay-Ann Gilfoy

Jay-Ann Gilfoy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Meridian Credit Union since January 2022, Jay-Ann oversees a broad range of services for more than 360,000 members. Previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Vancity Community Investment Bank, where the focus was on fostering partnerships for social and economic change. Jay-Ann's career also includes key roles such as Senior Vice President of Digital Solutions and Business Technology at Vancity and Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Coast Capital Savings. Additional board experiences include serving as a board member for Nch'kay Development Corporation and BCAA. Jay-Ann holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from McMaster University and further education from Humber College.
