Tara O'Neil

Tara O'Neil, CPHQ, has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Meridian since May 2009, with a progressive career that includes roles such as Vice President, Senior Director of Quality Improvement, and Medical Record Review Team Lead. Prior to their tenure at Meridian, Tara worked at Ruby Tuesday as a Server from October 2005 to August 2009. Tara O'Neil holds a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality designation from the National Association for Healthcare Quality and a Yellow Belt Designation in Lean Six Sigma from Goleansixsigma.com. Additionally, Tara has a Professional Designation in Health Care Administration from the Academy of Health Care and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan. Tara is also a Licensed Realtor, having completed education at the National School of Real Estate.
