Hannah Sauer

Hannah Sauer is a skilled professional with experience in developmental disabilities case management and educational coordination. Currently serving as a Developmental Disabilities Case Manager at Meridian Services since August 2022, Hannah previously held the role of Tutor Program Coordinator at Keystone Community Services from June 2021 to August 2022. Additional experience includes positions as a Visitor Relations Representative at the University of Minnesota Office of Admissions and an Orientation Leader at the University of Minnesota.
