Chris J.

Chris J. has a range of experience in IT and sales roles. Chris is currently the Director of IT Applications Architecture at MeridianLink, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MeridianLink as the Manager of IT Applications Architecture from June 2020 to April 2023. Before joining MeridianLink, Chris worked at Accenture as a Salesforce Solution Architect from April 2019 to June 2020. Chris'searlier roles include Sales Application Analyst at Laserfiche from October 2017 to February 2019, Salesforce Team Supervisor at DealerSocket from January 2016 to October 2017, and Business Systems Analyst at Vectren from May 2014 to December 2015. Chris also gained experience as an intern at UCI-FRAM Group in 2013 and as a Web Manager at DIVERSIFIED INSTRUMENT SERVICES from May 2009 to August 2013. In addition, they co-founded LEGACY MIDWEST from August 2011 to August 2012. Chris started their career as a Lifeguard at Rolling Hills Country Club from March 2006 to August 2008.

Chris J. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from the University of Evansville, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2014, they earned a B2T Business Analyst certification from B2T Training. The following year, in 2015, they became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance and also received an Itron Software Certification from Itron, Inc. In 2018, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) certification. Furthermore, they received various Salesforce certifications - Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in February 2019, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant in March 2019, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder in May 2019. Lastly, in February 2020, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer certification.
