Erika Forgy

Erika Forgy has extensive experience in human resources. Erika worked at MeridianLink from August 2019 to March 2023, starting as a Human Resources Business Partner and eventually becoming a Manager, HRBP. Erika then joined National Underground Group in November 2010 as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they worked until June 2019. At National Underground Group, they were responsible for providing human resources support for the company's water flow solutions services.

Erika Forgy completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at California State University-Long Beach from 2002 to 2006. Erika then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management at Chapman University from 2007 to 2009. In December 2014, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
