Jay Weber, CFE has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jay started their career as a Marketing Intern at Florida Medical Space in 2012, where they gained experience in marketing activities and research. In 2013, they joined CarMax as a Presidents Club Sales Consultant, excelling in sales and customer service. Jay also worked with multiple lenders for financing and verification.
In 2016, Jay joined American Express as a Business Consultant in the Commercial Acquisitions Group, leveraging Salesforce.com to bring in new business accounts. Jay ensured compliance with federal banking regulations during the application process.
From 2017 to 2022, Jay worked at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, first as a Key Account Manager, handling national accounts in the SE region. Jay helped clients mitigate risk, improve underwriting, and recover assets using public records data. Later, they became a Field Account Manager-Alliance Partners, supporting channel sales opportunities and managing large enterprise accounts. Jay also assisted with new logo onboarding and credentialing.
Currently, Jay is working at MeridianLink as an Account Executive, where they manage strategic accounts and facilitates new integrations with partner networks. Jay helps clients grow their portfolios while mitigating risk.
Jay Weber, CFE, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Florida Gulf Coast University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they graduated from J.P. Taravella High School in 2010, earning a High School Diploma. In August 2021, they obtained the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
