Justin Rintala

Justin Rintala has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Justin currently works at MeridianLink as a Senior API Client Support Specialist. Prior to this, they worked at ReCharge Payments as a Technical Support Specialist, where their responsibilities included tier 2 technical support, running bulk tools, and SQL queries for merchants.

Before that, Justin worked at Expensify for several years in different positions. Justin started as a Success Agent and Success Coach, where they resolved product issues, trained customers, and helped them maximize the product's features. Justin also built and developed specialized teams to handle bank import issues and troubleshoot customer card connection issues.

In addition, Justin has work experience at Valley Hospital as a Behavioral Health Technician and at the Youth Development Institute as a Treatment Specialist.

Justin Rintala began their education at Gogebic Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections. Justin then went on to pursue a degree in Criminology at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2000 to 2005.
