Nicolas Koehn

Nicolas Koehn worked as a Sales/Tech Associate at Office Depot from January 2011 to November 2011. Nicolas advised and sold computers and related equipment, as well as troubleshooted and repaired customer devices. From September 2011 to May 2013, Nicolas worked as a Delivery Driver at Papa Johns, where they developed customer service skills and performed tasks such as taking orders, preparing, cooking, boxing, and delivering food. Since May 2013, Nicolas has been employed as a Network Engineer II at MeridianLink. In this role, they configure and troubleshoots Cisco networking equipment, manages Cisco VoIP phone systems, and currently oversees RingCentral users, numbers, and devices.

Nicolas Koehn obtained their high school diploma from Andrew Jackson Fundamental Magnet High School between 2001 and 2005. Later, they pursued an Associate's degree in IT (Networking) from ITI Technical College, which they completed between 2012 and 2014. In September 2013, they also obtained the CCENT certification from Cisco.
