Jay hr is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Merino Industries Limited since October 2020. With a robust legal foundation, Jay hr holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Anand Law College and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Additionally, Jay hr has pursued higher education in business, currently completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Jay hr also possesses a Master of Commerce (M.com) in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) in Accounting from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and Narmada College of Science & Commerce, respectively.
