Kumkum Sharma

Kumkum Sharma is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as the Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Merino Group since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kumkum worked as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at AIS Windshield Experts from September 2018 to September 2021, and as an HR Analyst at Techwider Technologies for one year. Kumkum also gained experience as a Data Analyst Intern at Coeus Age Consulting LLP earlier in 2017. Academically, Kumkum holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR from Banasthali University and completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Banasthali Vidyapith, where Kumkum studied from 2008 to 2016.
