Alicia Hardy

Alicia has more than a decade of experience in higher education, workforce development and nonprofit sectors. She has worked with developing career paths for first-generation college students at community colleges and universities. She also has worked with unemployed and underemployed job seekers through career coaching, interview prep, and resume writing. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University North Carolina at Wilmington and she is a Certified Professional Life Coach. Alicia is excited about joining Merit America as their mission aligns with her coaching philosophy to Educate, Inspire and Empower.
