Tiana Ford

Tiana has always loved serving organizations that strive to help learners break the glass ceiling. Prior to joining Merit America, she worked in Corporate America, Higher Education and for non-profit organizations. Her experience and passion includes assisting students with career, academic and social-emotional development. Tiana is a proud HBCU grad of Elizabeth City State University in NC where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business with a Concentration in Marketing and she earned her Master of Education in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University-New Brunswick (RU-NB).
