Geraldine Molina has extensive experience in product development and innovation. Geraldine began their career in 2004 as an R&D Chemist at Coty. In 2007, they moved to DMI Personal Care where they held the roles of Director-Research & Development and Manager-Research & Development. In 2018, they became the Head of R&I at Glossier, Inc. and in 2022 they were appointed as the Vice President of Product Development & Innovation at MERIT.
Geraldine Molina obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biotechnology and Biochemistry from Rutgers University in 2009. Geraldine then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus, which they completed in 2007.
