David Gerber

David Gerber is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director for TMT at Merit Investment Bank, David specializes in facilitating mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises. As CEO of RenewIT360 Software and OnPlane Consulting, David focuses on providing cloud-based solutions for contract management and fractional sales leadership services, respectively. Previous roles include Tech M&A Advisor at Corum Group Ltd., Americas Software & Solution Director at Kodak Alaris, and Director of Sales at Western Integrated Systems. David co-founded Tallega Software and held leadership positions at Kofax Image Products and Gauss Interprise/Magellan Software.
