Charles Carlile

Charles Carlile has extensive experience in operations and training roles within the pharmaceutical and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Operations Technical Training at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. since December 2015, Charles previously held various positions at Actavis Pharmaceuticals from April 2004 to December 2015, including Supervisor of QA Training and Senior QA Training Specialist. Prior to that, Charles worked at Morgan Stanley as a Technical Support/Registered Representative and held customer service roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Charles began career development at BMC West in production and inside sales. Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from Utah Valley University, earned between 1993 and 1998.
