Natalia Nicholls

Natalia Nicholls has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as a Human Resources Representative at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Natalia then worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Nicholls Consulting from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they joined Galderma where they held multiple roles, including Associate Director and Director of Human Resources. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Regional Human Resources Director for Latin America at Galderma. In 2018, they established their own consulting firm called Nicholls Consulting, LLC, where they worked as a Principal Human Resources Consultant. Currently, Natalia is the Vice President of Global Human Resources Operations at Merit Medical Systems, Inc., a position they have held from March 2021 to present. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong expertise in various aspects of human resources, including strategic leadership, talent management, organizational design, and executive development.

Natalia Nicholls has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Texas McCombs School of Business. Natalia also holds a PHR certification.
