Janet Kemmerer

Janet Kemmerer has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles in the home building industry. Janet currently holds the position of Director of Marketing at Meritage Homes, where they also serve as a Marketing Leader. Prior to this, they were the President of TRIOMPHE DESIGN starting in 2020. Before joining Meritage Homes and TRIOMPHE DESIGN, Janet worked at William Lyon Homes for a significant period, holding roles such as Vice President Corporate Marketing and Regional Vice President of Marketing. Janet also served as the Vice President of Corporate Marketing at William Lyon Homes, Inc. from 2015 to 2020. In addition, they worked as the West Area Regional Marketing Director at Pulte Group, Inc. and as the National Director of Marketing at CENTEX HOMES.

Janet Kemmerer holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Psychology from Biola University, which they obtained from 1981 to 1985. Janet also has a MIRM Certificate in Marketing from UCI, which they earned in 1990-1991.
