Janis Pizics

Janis Pizics is a distinguished finance and operations executive, currently serving as a Partner at Merito Partners and a Member of the Supervisory Board at DelfinGroup. With a proven track record, Janis previously held the role of Group Chief Executive Officer at Finko, where significant growth was achieved across multiple markets and operations initiated in new territories. Janis has extensive experience in financial management, demonstrated during tenures at GSK as Finance Improvement Lead and Head of Cluster Finance Partnering, where innovative forecasting tools were developed to enhance budgeting and performance analysis. Early career roles include consultancy at Ernst & Young and various finance leadership positions at S.P.I. Group and Latvijas Energoceltnieks SIA. Janis holds an ACCA qualification along with an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
