Jimmy Jen

Jimmy Jen is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in automation and quality engineering across multiple organizations. Currently at Merit since July 2022, Jimmy is focused on Person Experience Automation. Prior roles include Senior Automation Engineer at Perch and Imprivata, where responsibilities included mentoring junior engineers, designing automation frameworks in Python, and enhancing QA processes. Earlier experience at Rocket Software involved architecting test frameworks and managing Jenkins pipelines, while a long tenure at Dell EMC encompassed writing automation test sequences and resolving software issues.
