Andrew Abboud

Andrew Abboud is currently the VP, IT - EMEA at Merkle. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Jackson Archer Ltd, a CIO consulting and advisory firm focused on demonstrating IT value, benefit management and realisation, developing compelling digital and IT visions, strategy development, business and IT operating model, investment portfolio review, governance review and design, PMO, programme and project assurance, design thinking, product management and agile development, coaching and development. Andrew has also held the position of Vice President, Information Technology, Laureate Hospitality Education where they were responsible for developing and implementing Digital vision and strategy, completing Salesforce.com CRM roll out across the business, Implementing Marketo marketing automation solution, improving customer and staff operational services, embedding processes for effective business governance of IT and renewing critical infrastructure. Prior to that, they were the IT Director for Hospitality, Art & Design Division at Laureate Education.

Andrew Abboud attended Highgate School in London before completing their undergraduate degree in computer science and electronics at King's College London. Andrew is certified by Scaled Agile, Inc. as a SAFe Agilist.

They are on a team with Nick McCarthy - SVP, EMEA Data Solutions & CDO M1, EMEA, Jane Wright - SVP, HR Lead, EMEA, and Manuel Blanco - Managing Director, Divisadero & Manager, Merkle Spain. Their manager is Margaret Wagner, President, Merkle EMEA.
