Pavan V.

Pavan V. currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Growth at Merlin, overseeing initiatives aimed at scaling the organization and enhancing revenue for its members of independent music rightsholders since November 2020. Prior to this role, Pavan V. founded Uncommon Club in April 2015, providing artist management and label services to independent artists from Asia. Pavan V. also held the position of Manager for Original Content at JioSaavn, where responsibilities included driving strategy for in-house artists and managing significant projects, such as Nas’s first international collaboration for the film "Gully Boy." Earlier experience includes serving as Content Manager at Shankar Mahadevan Academy, contributing to the development of online content. Pavan V. is an alumnus of Northwestern University.
