Laura Xicota

Laura Xicota is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational transformation. As Co-Founder & CEO of Merlin Digital Partner since September 2019, Laura specializes in leveraging digital and technological talent for startups, scaleups, and corporate clients. Laura also serves as an Ambassador for The New Retail Business School and collaborates with Atlas Tecnológico, contributing to the digitalization of business collaboration in Spain. Laura holds a position as a Talent Mentor at Wayra's Scale Up Program and is a member of EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s. Previously, Laura founded and led Luxico Talent, focusing on talent acquisition and training in the retail, hospitality, and luxury sectors. Laura's career includes roles at prestigious organizations such as Loewe, Prada Group, CHANEL, and Sinequanon, where valuable expertise in HR and training was developed. Academic qualifications include a degree in Translation and Interpreting from Universitat de Vic and further education in digital transformation and language studies.
