Chantel Conley

Chantel Conley is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and resourcing management. Currently serving as the Global ATS Project Lead at Merlin Entertainments since June 2023, Chantel has previously held significant roles at Nationwide Building Society, including Resourcing Continuous Improvement Manager from November 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing resourcing projects and enhancing process efficiencies.
