Joe Julio

Joe Julio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and real estate investment. Currently serving as a Regional Sales Manager at Merlin Industries, Inc. since January 2019, Joe also holds the position of Real Estate Investor at JDS Capital, Inc. since April 2017. Previously, Joe worked at POOLCORP as a Business Development Representative from March 2002 to March 2017 and was involved in real estate investment at JDJ Capital, LLC from April 2004 to July 2014. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, earned between 1995 and 1999.
